Description
Spouting horn is a deep hole in the volcanic rock along the Oregon coast at Cape Perpetua. The hole fills with water from incoming waves, and when the pressure is just right, sprays up a big cloud of sea mist. It was extremely fun and exciting to stand here and anticipate which waves would set it off!
