Artist's Description

A couple days ago this tree bloomed in my yard, and within an afternoon was filled bees ready to start their pollinating season. I test my patience waiting for them to come to lower branches and trying to capture them in flight. They are not very cooperative subjects, but I love watching them work, and enjoy the challenge of freezing them in midair.
